The stories people tell have the ability to change perspectives, attitudes, understanding, policies, and lives. Stories are powerful.  My goal as a writer is to establish connections between our lives: the theme, the people, the reader, and the author. I hope that when people read what I write, our collective stories merge, and the essence, meaning, and intention of the story is planted in you and like wildflowers, it is eventually planted somewhere new.
